About Hadley London

Hadley London is a growing fashion brand creating timeless, elegant pieces for women who value quality and quiet sophistication. Based in London, we're building something special and we're looking for someone who shares our love for exceptional customer care.

The Role

You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling enquiries via email and live chat. You'll help with order updates, returns, sizing advice, and making sure every customer feels genuinely looked after. This is a part-time hybrid role with 2 days per week in our London office and the rest from home.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer enquiries via email and live chat within 24 hours
  • Process returns and exchanges in line with our 30-day return policy
  • Assist customers with sizing, product questions, and order tracking
  • Coordinate with our shipping partner Royal Mail on delivery updates
  • Flag recurring issues or feedback to help us improve
  • Support the team during busy periods such as seasonal sales

What We're Looking For

  • 1 to 2 years of customer service experience, ideally in fashion or e-commerce
  • Excellent written English with a warm, professional tone
  • Comfortable using Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar platforms (training provided)
  • Organised, reliable, and able to work independently
  • A genuine interest in fashion and understanding of our customer

What We Offer

Salary £23,000 to £26,000 per year (pro rata)
Working Hybrid, 2 days London office
Holiday 28 days including bank holidays (pro rata)
