Return Policy
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS. Any costs associated with returning products are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS
At Avery’s Atelier we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your package. The product must be in its original condition, including all parts, components, and packaging exactly as received. Items that show damage caused by careless handling are excluded from return. For hygiene-related products, items must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if there is evidence that the item has been used, worn, or damaged beyond our control. Once a return request has been accepted, processing typically takes up to seven working days. If the conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.
HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER
If you wish to return an order, please contact us first at info@averys-atelier.com In your message include your order number, the reason for the return, and, in the case of damage, clear photos of the product. Please also include your full name and address. Once we have reviewed your request, we will provide you with the correct return address. Please do not send your package to the original sender’s address, as this will delay processing. Customers are fully responsible for shipping costs when returning products.
ORDER CANCELLATION
We understand that circumstances may change. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Orders can only be cancelled if the request is received within one hour after placing the order. Once an order has been forwarded to our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled as it is automatically processed. Customers are welcome to contact us at any time regarding a cancellation, but please note that there is no guarantee that the request can be honored once the order is in processing.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by email at info@averys-atelier.com with a clear statement of withdrawal. The withdrawal is complete once we have received and inspected the returned goods. The costs of returning the goods remain the responsibility of the customer.
If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. In this case, you may wait until the order is delivered and then return the items to us under the return conditions above.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact our customer service immediately. Provide clear photos of the issue and describe the problem. If the damage is determined to be our responsibility, we will replace the item at no additional cost to you.
REFUND PROCESS
If you withdraw from your purchase and return the goods under the correct conditions, we will reimburse the amount paid for the products, excluding shipping costs. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods and will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged fees for the reimbursement.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA, AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.
