ORDERING AND DELIVERY AT AVERY’S ATELIER
At Avery’s Atelier, we are dedicated to offering high-quality fashion at fair and accessible prices.
Orders are typically processed within 72 hours after being placed. Once processed, the average delivery time is 7–14 business days within the United States.
FREE SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. Shipments are handled by trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your location and availability.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Customers are responsible for any applicable state or local taxes, duties, or fees imposed by their jurisdiction.
For international shipments (if offered in the future), additional customs duties or import taxes may apply and remain the responsibility of the customer.
PACKAGE REFUSAL AND DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If a package is refused at delivery or cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, a restocking fee of up to 50% of the purchase price may be applied.
This fee covers logistical, handling, and return shipping costs incurred by Avery’s Atelier.
RETURNS AND PACKAGE LOSS
In the event of returns, delivery refusal, failed delivery attempts, or carrier returns, Avery’s Atelier is not liable for any loss, damage, or destruction of the package during the return transit.
Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, ownership and responsibility transfer to the carrier. Any claims related to loss or damage must be filed directly with the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
